B i o g r a p h y

Enrico Presti, born in 1970, attained a diploma in Organ with Prof. Wladimir Matesic in Bologna (Italy). He obtained a degree in Computer Science with mention in the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Bologna. He attended master classes with Olivier Latry, Peter Planyavsky and Hans-Ola Ericsson. He performed several concerts in Italy and abroad: Luxembourg, Switzerland, Faroese Islands (Summartónar festival, event coordinated by the Italian Institute of Culture in Copenhagen), Baltic States, Great Britain, France (St Augustin, Val-de-Grace and La Trinité in Paris...), Austria, Scandinavia, Russia, Czech Republic, Romania, Denmark, Germany, Abkhazia and Belarus. From 1996 to 1999 he was managing director of the international concert series Organi Antichi, un patrimonio da ascoltare of Bologna; from 2002 to 2007 he was artistic director of the international concert series Musica Coelestis and from 2003 to 2005 he was co-artistic director of concert series Al centro la musica. Graduated in Drama, Art, Music and Performance Studies, he is enrolled in the master’s degree at the Faculty of Musicology and Theater of the University of Bologna.
